Key Responsibilities: As a Customer Experience Strategic Support Analyst, you'll be responsible for managing projects related to supply chain solutions that improve service performance and engagement with customers. Your key responsibilities will include: Developing and implementing quantitative analytical solutions to support strategic performance and customer experience initiatives Utilizing advanced business analysis skills, database tools, and generated data to improve techniques that drive innovative and quality, customer-centric results and forecasting Proactively developing recommendations for customer opportunities and internal processes within cross-departmental projects Maintaining positive, effective relationships with key internal and external contacts, including presentation of analytical results and solution recommendations to stakeholders on a regular cadence Designing and implementing new solutions and issue resolution related to supply chain solutions that improve service performance and engagement with customers Essential Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent Four (4) years of work experience in external customer problem resolution Demonstrated knowledge of business software applications Strong interpersonal skills Preferred Qualifications: While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable: Master Export Specialist (MES) – Customs Broker License Quality improvement certification and/or experience such as QDM, Six Sigma, Total Quality Management, or related Coordination of air and ocean shipments – including booking, planning, document preparation, and tracking Customs import controls and clearance experience Certified Export Specialist (CES) Certified Customs Specialist (CCS) Skills and Competencies: To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and competencies: Advanced business analysis skills Database tools and generated data analysis Quantitative analytical solutions development and implementation Supply chain solutions design and implementation Issue resolution and problem-solving Effective communication and presentation skills Strong interpersonal skills Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits: At blithequark, we're committed to supporting your career growth and development.
