As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner, and building strong relationships with our customers. This is a remote opportunity, with the possibility of working from home after completing a comprehensive training program. **Key Responsibilities** * Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat * Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner * Build strong relationships with customers through empathy, active listening, and effective communication * Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience * Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets * Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge * Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions **Essential Qualifications** * High School Diploma or GED * 1+ year of customer service experience in a call center, retail, restaurant, or similar environment * Must live within one hour of Oriskany, NY * Flexibility to work shifts during operating hours (8 AM - 11 PM, Monday-Friday) * Intermediate computer skills with ability to multitask across multiple programs and monitors **Preferred Qualifications** * Prior call center or customer service representative experience * Experience with dental or other insurance products * Previous dental office experience * Strong keyboarding and computer navigation skills * Excellent listening and communication skills with the ability to build trust through empathy * Experience using Salesforce is a plus **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to build trust and rapport with customers through empathy and active listening * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite * Ability to work independently and as part of a team **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** As a valued member of our team, you will have access to ongoing training and development opportunities to improve your skills and knowledge.
