With a focus on innovation and excellence, we're constantly seeking new ways to improve our services and make a positive impact on our community. **Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include: * Positively interacting with students and parents, building rapport, establishing trust, and answering any inquiries * Conducting sales outreach via phone, email, text, lead follow-up, program consultations, and signing up new families into the program * Data entry and spreadsheet management of all key sales and operational activities * Conducting student assessments, grading, and printing materials and reports for parent reviews * Digital Marketing tasks, including writing blogs and posts on social media and website channels * Supporting center staff with administrative and cleaning tasks **Qualifications** To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications: * Recent college graduate with a degree in mathematics, sciences, engineering, communications, or teaching * Strong foundational math skills up to Algebra * 2+ years of prior working experience in customer service * Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills * Excellent communication and organizational skills * Ability to multi-task efficiently * Excellent PC, MS Office skills, and data entry skills * Strong work ethic, punctuality, detail-oriented, and reliability * Availability to work 1 PM-7 PM Monday - Friday, and Saturday from 9 AM - 1 PM **Skills and Competencies** To excel in this role, you'll need to demonstrate the following skills and competencies: * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively * Strong organizational and time management skills * Proficiency in MS Office and data entry software * Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes * Strong customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to supporting your career growth and development.
