You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities, develop and implement process improvements, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. **Key Responsibilities** * Support the administration of key seller connections, including monthly and quarterly business audits with payment card organizations * Accumulate and analyze data for presentations to Sr. Leadership, including regular payment measurements * Perform daily examinations that may affect business performance and decisioning, and collaborate with cross-functional teams as needed * Learn, maintain, and influence automated reporting processes * Use data visualization tools to demonstrate the execution of business KPIs * Assist in the goal and tracking of payment card network compliance issues * Provide project support and guidance to other colleagues * Satisfy ad-hoc demands and complete special tasks * Develop new skills as needed to support the requirements of the Payments Group and the Financial Services Division **Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)** * 25% Critical Thinking/Problem-Solving: Identify and execute process and organizational improvements, design and ensure the execution of financial division targets * Responsible for planning annual confidential name Mastercard budget for all products and business lines * Lead financial forecasting capability and make suitable recommendations * 25% Process Improvement: Foster systems that incorporate financial products and services into core businesses and new key initiatives * Own and manage activities to ensure timely completion and best quality * Create and execute detailed project plan/execution plans * 25% Data Analysis: Accumulate and analyze data for presentations to Sr. Leadership * Provide project support and guidance to other colleagues * Review and endorse their project plans and decisions on a case-by-case basis * 25% Project Evaluation: Assess financial and operational/quality consequences of new projects against predetermined objectives * Decide if projects should be implemented, make recommendations to Sr. Leadership, and, if necessary, assist in creating execution procedures **Reporting Structure** This position typically reports to the Senior Director of Payments or the Director of Payments. **Travel Requirements** Normally requires occasional travel under 10% of the time. **Physical Demands** Mostly spent sitting in a comfortable position, with frequent opportunities to move about. Occasionally, there may be a need to move or lift light objects. **Working Conditions** Located in a comfortable indoor area.
