We are committed to providing a comprehensive and engaging math education experience that prepares students for success in school and beyond. **Responsibilities** As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for: * Positively interacting with students and parents, building rapport, establishing trust, answering inquiries, and getting to know the families * Conducting sales outreach via phone, email, text, lead follow-up, program consultations, and signing up new families into the program * Data entry and spreadsheet management of all key sales and operational activities * Conducting student assessments, grading, and printing materials and reports for parent reviews * Digital Marketing tasks, including writing blogs and posts on social media and website channels * Supporting center staff with administrative and cleaning tasks **Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you will need: * Recent college graduate with a degree in mathematics, sciences, engineering, communications, or teaching * Strong foundational math skills up to Algebra * 2+ years of prior working experience in customer service * Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills * Excellent communication and organizational skills * Ability to multi-task efficiently * Excellent PC, MS Office skills, and data entry skills * Strong work ethic, punctuality, detail-oriented, and reliability * Availability to work 1 PM-7 PM Monday-Friday and Saturday from 9 AM-1 PM **Skills and Competencies** To excel in this role, you will need to possess: * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong organizational and time management skills * Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines * Strong math skills and knowledge of educational software and systems * Familiarity with digital marketing tools and social media platforms **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At blithequark, we are committed to providing our employees with opportunities for growth and development.
