Job Overview We are seeking an experienced and action-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our International Voice Support team in UAE. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting customers in expediting orders and correcting post-sales problems. You will primarily communicate with customers through mail, chat, and phone channels, utilizing a variety of software tools to navigate customer accounts, research and review policies, and provide effective solutions in a fun and fast-paced environment.
