Your key responsibilities will include: * **Sales and Customer Service**: Sell arenaflex products and services to prospective and established customers through face-to-face interactions, phone calls, emails, and faxes. * **Order Processing and Management**: Execute all aspects of the sales function, including order processing, purchase orders, payment processing, quotes, and delivery dates. * **Product Knowledge and Recommendations**: Stay up-to-date with the latest HVAC products and trends, and recommend alternate products based on cost, availability, or specifications as needed. * **Customer Communication and Support**: Provide accurate information regarding availability of in-stock items, assist customers with warranties and returns, and educate customers about product terminology, features, and benefits. * **Problem Resolution and Escalation**: Collaborate with the Branch Manager to determine the best methods to resolve problems and ensure customer satisfaction and adherence to arenaflex policies. * **Sales and Revenue Growth**: Generate new and repeat sales by providing product and technical information in a timely manner and periodically reaching out to customers to determine satisfaction with arenaflex products and services. * **Record-Keeping and Reporting**: Maintain accurate records and prepare reports on sales activities, including sales data, customer interactions, and product performance. **Essential Qualifications:** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * **3-6 years of progressive sales experience**, preferably in the HVAC industry. * **High School diploma or GED equivalent**, with some college education preferred. * **General Microsoft Office skills**, including Outlook, Excel, and Word. * **Working knowledge of database applications**. * **Effective and high-quality customer service/relationship management skills**, including phone and email etiquette. * **Positive, professional attitude**, with the ability to handle difficult customers and diffuse negative situations. * **Good phone etiquette and email etiquette**. * **Ability to deal with high-volume customer traffic**. * **Effective verbal and written skills**, with the ability to explain technical information clearly. * **Effective organizational and time management skills**, including the ability to prioritize and multitask. * **High level of attention to detail and accuracy**. * **Ability to establish positive working relationships with internal and external customers and employees**. * **Ability to use good judgment and strong work ethics and integrity on the job**. **Preferred Qualifications:** While not required, the following qualifications would be an asset: * **HVAC industry experience**, with knowledge of HVAC equipment and products. * **Experience with sales software and CRM systems**. * **Certifications or training in customer service, sales, or a related field**. **Work Environment and Physical Requirements:** This role requires: * **Ability to perform essential responsibilities with or without reasonable accommodations**. * **Legally authorized for employment in the United States**. * **Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment**. * **Ability to lift up to 25 pounds**, with occasional lifting of heavier objects. **Equal Employment Opportunity:** arenaflex is an equal employment opportunity employer, committed to diversity and inclusion.
