About the Role As a Customer Service Representative I at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in our partnership with our network of agents across the country. You will work closely with team members and collaborate with other departments to provide an exceptional customer experience. Your key responsibilities will include: Providing routine customer service and support to agents and carriers over the phone, via email, or chat to service new and existing accounts in a high-volume call environment Answering incoming phone calls with a positive and service-oriented attitude, delivering a high level of customer satisfaction and creating an exceptional experience Maintaining a continual working knowledge of our clients' products, services, and promotions to provide accurate information and resolve issues effectively Researching, resolving, and communicating information back to customers in a clear and educated manner, following standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to internal teams Completing various forms and documents based on guidelines, documenting all customer information, communications, and sales in our CRM system Reviewing and processing applications, binders, and other documents required for policy issuance, processing policy endorsements, and handling various agent and carrier requests Assisting with creating and updating processes, organizing policy files for proper documentation management, and working collaboratively with other team members and departments to ensure accurate and timely completion of tasks Providing excellent customer service internally and externally, with a focus on building strong relationships and driving business growth What We Look For To be successful in this role, you should possess: High school graduate or equivalent education 1+ years of customer service experience, handling high-volume phone calls and providing exceptional support to clients Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to receive and make calls with confidence and clarity Strong organizational and desk management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously Strong multi-tasking abilities, with a focus on attention to detail and accuracy Ability to be a team player, collaborating with customers and others within the organization to drive business results Detail-oriented, with a strong work ethic and time management skills Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, web-based programs, and a willingness to learn new software and technologies About arenaflex arenaflex is an independent, customer-centered company, providing innovative solutions across a diverse range of customers and industries.
