You'll work in a team-based environment with our Sales team members to resolve customer challenges and provide exceptional service. If you're passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences and have a strong work ethic, we want to hear from you! **Key Responsibilities** * Build customer relationships by responding to a high volume of inbound phone calls * Work with customers and Sales team members daily in a team-based environment * Use a computer and multiple computer programs with periods of sitting up to 8 hours per day * Resolve customers' challenges by using all resources for account selection, product identification, order placement, and order management * Resolve pricing and invoicing discrepancies, apply credit, and implement return procedures **Shifts, Training & Work Environment** * Enjoy your weekends off!
