As a key member of our Business Transformation team, you'll play a critical role in collecting and analyzing customer insights to inform our business strategy and drive innovation. With a focus on Solutions as a Service (SaaS) and recurring revenue models, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement customer-centric solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers. **Responsibilities** As a Business Transformation Customer Insights Professional, you'll be responsible for: * Leading statistical research studies of the highest complexity to inform business decisions and drive innovation * Identifying, soliciting, and managing relationships with external market research and competitive intelligence vendors, consultants, and suppliers * Providing data interpretation advice and insight generation to decision makers * Using market research to define arenaflex's Solutions as a Service (SaaS) customer segments in partnership with product teams * Collecting necessary information to forecast customer demand elasticity for new-to-the-world products * Providing continuous coaching and support to strategic market research efforts across the Business Transformation Ecosystem and owning the planning and execution for the Business Transformation Customer Insights workstream **Requirements** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * 5 or more years of market research experience for technology-driven, recurring revenue products * Ability to use statistical analysis & principles to make recommendations from data * Excellent communication, documentation, organizational, and interpersonal skills, with proven ability to take initiative to build strong and productive relationships and communicate clearly to audiences of all levels * Ability to travel up to 25% of the time * Industry experience in agriculture, construction, robotics, automation, or autonomy * Succinct and clear communication – simplify complex topics into messages that are understood and are remembered by a broad and diverse audience * Intellectual curiosity – explore the entire solution space to discover creative solutions to difficult problems * Problem-solving tenacity – persistence to overcome challenges * Comfort with ambiguity – experience in fast-paced environments where new information surfaces weekly * Logical thinking – can frame and break a problem into components, prioritize and solve them, and communicate simply and clearly * Self-directed – takes organization objectives and plans own work * Bias to action – demonstrated ability to take and execute ideas * Self-awareness – comfortable acknowledging strengths and opportunities and openly willing to acknowledge mistakes, learn from them and move on **Education** Ideally, you'll have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following: * Bachelor's degree **What We Offer** At arenaflex, we're committed to creating a work environment that's inclusive, supportive, and empowering.
