You'll be responsible for building customer relationships by responding to a high volume of inbound phone calls, working with customers and sales team members daily in a team-based environment, and using a computer and multiple computer programs with periods of sitting up to 8 hours per day. If you're passionate about customer service and have a knack for building strong relationships, we'd love to hear from you. **Key Responsibilities** * Build customer relationships by responding to a high volume of inbound phone calls * Work with customers and sales team members daily in a team-based environment * Use a computer and multiple computer programs with periods of sitting up to 8 hours per day * Resolve customers' challenges by using all resources for account selection, product identification, order placement, and order management * Resolve pricing and invoicing discrepancies, apply credit, and implement return procedures **Shifts, Training & Work Environment** * Enjoy your weekends off!
