Whether you're working at check-in, gates, transfer, arrival, luggage services, or ticketing, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers have a seamless experience. **What You'll Do** As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, your responsibilities will include: * Providing consistently excellent customer service, ensuring a positive experience at all contact points * Performing various airport-related tasks, including check-in, gates, transfer, arrival, luggage services, and ticketing (ATAc) * Working closely with team leaders to ensure the smooth operation of daily activities * Conducting administrative tasks, such as ATAc, pre-flight, and post-flight departure * Adhering to uniform standards and adopting a customer-centric approach at all times * Promoting and selling arenaflex services and products to our customers * Attending and completing all mandatory training by given deadlines * Adhering to and promoting safe working practices at all times * Performing other reasonable duties as required by the post **All You'll Need for Success** To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess: * Excellent interpersonal skills * A solution-oriented approach * The ability to resolve conflicts professionally within time constraints * The ability to handle a stressful environment effectively and work with minimum supervision * A strong customer focus and experience with face-to-face contact with customers * The ability to be a representative of the company at all times * A well-groomed appearance, adhering to uniform standards at all times * The ability and willingness to work in a shift environment, including weekends, bank holidays, and public vacations * Reliability and punctuality * Compliance with all arenaflex policies and procedures * The ability to communicate both written and verbally to a high standard * A valid BAA airside pass * GSAT training * The willingness and ability to efficiently complete all relevant training * A valid DVLA driving license, with the ability to apply for a BAA driving license as and when required * The willingness and ability to teach and maintain a valid BAA jet bridge permit as and when required **Desired Qualifications – Education and Previous Job Experience** * PC skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and email **Experience Free to Be Yourself at arenaflex** At arenaflex, we're committed to creating an inclusive and diverse work environment, where everyone feels valued and respected.
