You will be responsible for maintaining up-to-date computerized customer information, resolving inquiries, authorizing sales, and building relationships with clients, customers, and colleagues. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound calls from cardholders, providing exceptional customer service and resolving inquiries in a timely and professional manner Maintain up-to-date computerized customer information, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail Authorize sales and process transactions, following company policies and procedures Build relationships with clients, customers, and colleagues, providing a high level of service and support Work effectively in a team environment, collaborating with colleagues to achieve common goals Utilize Microsoft Outlook and other software applications to manage customer information and communicate with colleagues Essential Qualifications To be considered for this role, you will need to meet the following essential qualifications: 6+ months of customer service experience, or military equivalent experience Confidence using a computer and proficiency in Microsoft Outlook Ability to work from home in a quiet, distraction-free environment with access to high-speed internet Must live within a commutable distance of Rapid City, SD (2 1/2 hour commute) Be 18-years-old or older Be willing to take a drug test, submit to a background investigation, and submit fingerprints as part of the selection process Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are preferred: Previous experience working in a call center or customer service environment Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to effectively communicate and build relationships with clients, customers, and colleagues Proficient computer skills, including the ability to manage information in multiple windows and type while talking Skills and Competencies To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to work effectively in a team environment Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook and other software applications Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At blithequark, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
