Job Overview In this full-time remote role, you will be responsible for supporting our members' drug plans, answering questions about health insurance, drug coverage, and prescriptions, and providing solutions to facilitate treatment. Key Responsibilities Respond to phone calls and answer questions from members about their drug plans, health insurance, and prescriptions Provide solutions to facilitate treatment and resolve member inquiries in a timely and professional manner Utilize computer applications to access member information, research answers to questions, and document interactions Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and ensure seamless service delivery Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends, products, and services Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills: At least 1 year of customer interaction experience (e.g., call center, retail, customer service, hospitality industry, military) Computer experience with Windows-based applications Associate's degree or equivalent experience Ability to solve problems in a positive and constructive manner Excellent customer service skills, including telephone communication and professionalism Reliability and compliance with certain standards, including HIPAA regulations Patient and understanding, with the ability to convey trust and confidence to members Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in the healthcare industry or a related field Knowledge of health insurance, drug coverage, and prescriptions Experience working in a remote or virtual environment Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At blithequark, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
