About the team: The Senior Technology Operations team plays a vital role in advancing Walmart's revenue capabilities by designing and optimizing sales tools and systems. This team collaborates closely with stakeholders across Commercial, Engineering, Product, Learning & Development, and Sales Strategy & Enablement to ensure solutions meet supplier and partner needs. Focused on driving productivity, compliance, and data integrity, the team supports the long-term success of revenue operations. As part of Data Ventures, the team leverages data-driven initiatives to empower merchants and suppliers with actionable insights, enabling informed and timely business decisions. What you'll do: • Solve ongoing production issues and support users • Manage user licenses, user profiles, installed packages, and updates • Manage cross-functional teams to deliver operational excellence and continuous improvement. • Develop and implement process enhancements to optimize efficiency and reduce risks. • Coordinate with stakeholders to align technology initiatives with business objectives. • Monitor operational metrics and drive corrective actions to maintain service quality. • Facilitate communication across teams to support seamless technology deployment and support. • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and industry standards in all operational activities. What you'll bring: • Proven expertise in project management with a track record of successfully leading complex technology operations initiatives. • Proficiency with Salesforce, DocuSign, Cirrus, sales productivity, and project tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, ServiceNow) • Strong product knowledge relevant to technology infrastructure and operational systems. • Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. • Demonstrated ability to identify and implement process improvements that enhance operational efficiency and service quality. • Experience managing large-scale technology operations within a dynamic corporate environment. • Ability to analyze operational challenges and develop strategic solutions aligned with organizational goals. The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
