Utilize Windows-based applications, such as Microsoft Office, web navigation, and email applications, to perform daily tasks and responsibilities. Demonstrate empathetic and genuine care for patients and clients, providing personalized support and guidance throughout their treatment journey. Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: At least one year of experience in a customer-facing role, handling and resolving a high volume of complex customer needs via phone. At least one year of work experience with Windows-based applications, such as Windows, Microsoft Office, web navigation, and email applications. At least one year of computer keyboarding experience, skills, and proficiency. A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following preferred qualifications will give you a competitive edge in this role: At least six months of experience resolving a high volume of complex customer needs via phone. Experience working in the healthcare industry, with knowledge of benefits, insurance, medications, and medical terminology.
