Essential and Preferred Qualifications While no prior experience is required for this role, we are looking for individuals who possess certain skills and qualities that will enable them to succeed as a Customer Service Representative. These include: A device capable of accessing social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). The ability to work independently, managing your own schedule and workload. A reliable internet connection to ensure that you can stay connected with our customers and systems. 5+ hours availability per week, with the flexibility to work up to 40 hours per week.
