Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via inbound calls, emails, and other communication channels, providing timely and effective solutions to their problems. Research and investigate customer issues, collaborating with internal teams as needed to resolve complex problems and ensure seamless follow-up. Demonstrate a customer-centric approach, going above and beyond to "wow" our customers with personalized support and care. Think critically and make informed decisions to resolve customer complaints, adhering to high safety and regulatory standards. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, ensuring that all relevant information is up-to-date and easily accessible. Participate in ongoing training and development initiatives, staying current with industry trends, product knowledge, and company policies. Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need: 1-2 years of experience working in a customer-focused environment, preferably in a pharmacy or healthcare setting. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with customers, colleagues, and internal stakeholders. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop creative solutions. Flexibility to shift your schedule and work overtime as needed, ensuring that customer needs are met during peak periods. The ability to pass a background check for a KY Rx Tech license, as required by state regulations.
