Job Responsibilities As a Customer Service Associate I (Remote) at blithequark, your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional customer service to our clients. Your key responsibilities will include: Answering Customer Calls: Respond to 40-50 inbound and outbound calls per day, addressing customer inquiries and providing support with payment options, escrow items, and general mortgage information. Discussing Customer Benefits: Educate customers on the benefits of our services, such as Paperless, Mobile App, Web, and IVR, to enhance their overall experience. Assisting Customers with Payment Options: Support customers who are 30 days or less due on their mortgage payment, providing guidance and solutions to help them get back on track. Maintaining a Professional Demeanor: Consistently demonstrate a professional and supportive attitude when interacting with customers, ensuring their concerns are addressed in a timely and respectful manner. Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following qualifications and requirements: Customer Service Experience: Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience, with call center experience being a plus. Residency Requirement: Must reside within 60 miles of the office location, ensuring you can attend training sessions and meetings as required. Attendance and Availability: Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days of training, and you must be available to work during business hours after completing your training.
