Job Overview In this 100% remote role, you will work as a Medicare Customer Service Representative, handling a variety of customer inquiries and concerns related to claims, benefits, enrollment, member portals, ID cards, and more. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound customer calls, responding to questions and concerns related to Medicare services Provide empathetic and professional support to customers, resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner Navigate multiple systems and applications to access customer information and resolve issues Communicate complex information clearly and effectively over the phone, using proper grammar and professional language Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless customer service and resolve issues efficiently Meet or exceed performance metrics, including customer satisfaction and first-call resolution targets Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent customer service skills, a strong ability to empathize with customers, and effective problem-solving skills.
