Key Responsibilities Handle all incoming customer issues and resolve them using smart customer-focused decision-making skills. Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you will need: Excellent communication skills and the ability to practice proper phone and email etiquette. Previous customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality service. Comfortable sitting in front of a computer for the majority of your shift. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and willingness to train in Salesforce. Basic skills with a moderate level of proficiency, and the ability to consult with senior peers on non-complex projects. A High School Diploma or GED. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications will be considered advantageous: Experience working in the healthcare industry or a related field. Advanced knowledge of Salesforce or other customer relationship management (CRM) software. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
