Key Responsibilities Deliver exceptional customer support by answering calls and responding to queries in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. Assist customers with medical insurance questions, providing clear and concise information, and resolving issues with empathy and understanding. Accurately document call content in real-time, maintaining detailed and up-to-date records of customer interactions. Work collaboratively with the customer service team to achieve shared goals and objectives, contributing to a positive and supportive team environment. Stay up-to-date with industry developments, company policies, and procedures, continuously improving knowledge and skills to deliver exceptional customer service. Schedule and Training The schedule for this role will be Tuesday through Saturday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM, with initial training taking place Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM – 5 PM, for approximately the first two weeks. Please note that rotating holidays may be required, and flexibility is essential to ensure seamless customer support. Essential Qualifications To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you must be a New York State resident, with a strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service. You should possess: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex customer issues in a professional and courteous manner. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities with ease. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable: Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the healthcare industry.
