About the Role We are currently seeking a dedicated, reliable, and customer-focused individual for a temporary Customer Service Representative position with excellent potential for permanent employment. Key Responsibilities Deliver exceptional customer support by answering calls and responding to queries in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that each customer interaction is handled with the utmost respect and patience. Assist customers with medical insurance questions, providing clear, concise, and accurate information to address their concerns and needs. Accurately document call content in real-time, maintaining detailed records of customer interactions to ensure seamless follow-up and continuous improvement of service quality. Schedule and Training The schedule for this role includes working hours from Tuesday through Saturday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM. The initial training period, which lasts approximately two weeks, is scheduled from Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM. Please note that rotating holidays as needed are part of this role, ensuring that our customer service operations are always available to support our clients. Compensation and Benefits arenaflex offers a competitive compensation package for this role, including: Pay: $16.20/hr, recognizing your hard work and dedication to delivering exceptional customer service.
