Key Responsibilities Operate all equipment, including computers, telephones, and food preparation machinery Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk-in cooler Prepare products, including pizzas, sides, and beverages Receive and process telephone orders, as well as in-person orders Take inventory and complete associated paperwork Clean equipment and facility approximately daily, including sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner Training and Development At arenaflex, we are committed to providing our employees with the training and development opportunities they need to succeed. Essential Qualifications Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator) Must be able to make correct monetary change Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in customer service or food service High school diploma or equivalent Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask Basic math skills and attention to detail Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods Skills and Competencies To be successful as a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work well under pressure.
