Job Overview In this role, you will be a vital member of our Automation Development team, focusing on the development and implementation of advanced live chat automation capabilities. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders, to shape our conversational AI customer servicing products.
