Job Overview In this role, you will be responsible for assisting members with their pharmacy benefit plans, addressing their questions and concerns, and providing solutions to simplify their healthcare experience. As a Customer Service Representative, you will take inbound calls, answer questions regarding prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions, and offer empathetic support to our members. Your goal will be to resolve member inquiries on the first call, ensuring a positive and satisfying experience for our customers. Key Responsibilities Respond to inbound calls from members, addressing their questions and concerns regarding pharmacy benefit plans Provide accurate and timely information about prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions Offer solutions and support to simplify the healthcare experience for our members Resolve member inquiries on the first call, ensuring a positive and satisfying experience Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and resolution of member issues Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance knowledge and skills Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and customer service skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
