Position Overview The Customer Service Representative role at arenaflex is a vital position that requires handling a high volume of incoming calls from customers regarding their waste and recycling services. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of our organization, providing exceptional customer service, and effectively addressing customer complaints and concerns. This is a local position with flexible remote and in-office work arrangements, offering you the perfect balance between work and personal life.
