As a Customer Support Representative, you'll play a critical role in ensuring that our customers receive timely and effective support. You'll work closely with our overseas admin team to manage listings and support tickets, providing a seamless and personalized experience for our customers. Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer support via various channels, responding to customer inquiries in a kind, helpful, and professional manner. Manage and prioritize support tickets and listings, ensuring timely resolution and follow-up with customers. Collaborate with our overseas admin team to ensure seamless coordination and communication. Work independently, taking ownership of your tasks and responsibilities, with minimal supervision. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services, staying up-to-date on the latest features and updates. Identify and escalate complex issues to the relevant teams, ensuring prompt resolution and customer satisfaction. Participate in ongoing training and development, enhancing your skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional customer support. Essential Qualifications Native U.S. English speaker with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills and task management ability, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and take ownership of your work. Excellent customer service skills, with a customer-centric approach and a passion for delivering exceptional experiences. Basic computer skills and familiarity with modern business tools, such as ZenDesk, Slack, and JIRA. Preferred Qualifications Previous customer support experience, particularly in a remote or online setting. Familiarity with ticketing systems and customer support software. Experience working with international teams and collaborating across different time zones. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
