Work flexible hours, including late nights and weekends, as the Medicare department operates 7 days a week. Essential Qualifications: Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment, handling inbound calls. Excellent customer-focused competencies, with a strong ability to empathize with customers and resolve their issues. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex information over the phone. Proficiency in navigating multiple systems simultaneously. Ability to score 80% or above on the eSkills test. Preferred Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED, coupled with at least 2 years of customer service or call center experience. Experience within the healthcare industry, particularly in Medicare services. Previous experience handling inbound calls in a call center environment. A medical background is considered advantageous.
