About the Role: Customer Service Representative - Medicare As a Customer Service Representative in our Medicare department, you will be the frontline representative for our clients, handling a wide range of inquiries and issues related to claims, benefits, enrollment, member portal, ID cards, and more. Your role is crucial in ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service, resolving their problems efficiently and effectively. This is a 5-star service environment, and we're looking for individuals who share our commitment to excellence. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound customer calls with professionalism and empathy, resolving issues related to Medicare services. Provide clear and concise information regarding claims, benefits, enrollment processes, and other Medicare-related inquiries. Utilize multiple systems simultaneously to retrieve and update customer information, ensuring accurate and efficient service. Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills to address complex customer issues, often under time pressure. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by adhering to blithequark's customer service standards. Work flexible hours, including late nights and weekends, as the Medicare department operates 7 days a week. Participate in ongoing training and quality assurance initiatives to continuously improve service delivery. Essential Qualifications: Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment, handling inbound calls. Excellent customer-focused competencies, with a strong ability to empathize with customers and resolve their issues. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex information over the phone. Proficiency in navigating multiple systems simultaneously. Ability to score 80% or above on the eSkills test. Preferred Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED, coupled with at least 2 years of customer service or call center experience. Experience within the healthcare industry, particularly in Medicare services. Previous experience handling inbound calls in a call center environment. A medical background is considered advantageous.
