Essential Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred, with a focus on developing your skills and knowledge in customer service or a related field. Previous experience in customer service or a related field is a plus, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service and resolving customer complaints. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, with a focus on resolving customer issues and providing personalized support. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed, with a focus on providing exceptional service to our customers during peak periods.
