As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will deliver high-quality service and support to our customers and fleet partners through phone, email, and chat/text. Key Responsibilities: Provide high-quality service and support to both customers and partners via phone, email, and chat/text, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of queries and issues. Solve problems and thoughtfully address issues experienced by customers and partners, demonstrating empathy and a customer-centric approach. Act as an internal advocate for our customers and fleet partners by relaying user feedback and offering suggestions to improve our service and operations, contributing to our continuous improvement and growth. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and concerns, ensuring that our customers receive a seamless and satisfying experience. Utilize your technical skills to navigate our systems and tools, providing accurate and timely information to our customers and partners. Essential Qualifications: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer service, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional support and service excellence. Strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task, prioritizing tasks and managing your time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Experience providing support via phone, email, and chat, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A positive attitude and passion for success, with a natural ability to turn a frown upside down and create a memorable customer experience. Exceptional time management skills, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities. Tech-savvy with Mac and iOS experience, able to type 50+ WPM and navigate our systems and tools with ease. College degree or equivalent work experience, with a strong foundation in customer service principles and practices. Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in the automotive industry or a related field, with a strong understanding of car repair and maintenance services. Experience working in a remote or work-from-home environment, with the ability to self-motivate and manage your time effectively. Knowledge of customer service software and tools, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies. Certifications or training in customer service, such as CSS or CSE, with a commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.
