Key Responsibilities Ensure that the service delivered to our customers meets contractual KPIs, maintaining a high level of quality and consistency in all interactions. Candidate Profile To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a strong customer service orientation, with a focus on delivering exceptional support and resolution to customers. You should have: A high school diploma, with six plus months of customer service experience preferred, although equivalent experience and skills may be considered. Courteous and professional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders. Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge, with the ability to quickly learn new systems and technologies. Ability to learn, including strong problem-solving skills, with the capacity to analyze complex issues and develop creative solutions.
