About the Role We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative (Healthcare) to join our remote team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of our company, providing inbound customer support to our healthcare clients and their members. Your primary responsibility will be to assess and address the needs of our members, providing a positive and welcoming experience while being empathetic and professional. You should have a minimum of 6 months of customer service experience, a verifiable High School diploma or GED, and basic computer navigation skills and PC knowledge. You should also be proficient in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment and be eager to learn new technologies.
