Key Responsibilities As a customer service representative at blithequark, your primary objective will be to ensure that every customer interaction is handled with professionalism, empathy, and a proactive approach to sales. Your responsibilities will include: Handling incoming calls and utilizing a proactive sales approach with every customer interaction to uncover additional sales and service opportunities, thereby contributing to the growth of our customer base and revenue. Maintaining an in-depth knowledge of our products and services, customer account and billing processes, new customer information, and various policies and procedures related to product delivery and service, ensuring that you can provide accurate and timely support to our customers. Presentation of a professional, confident, and enthusiastic image to develop trusting relationships with all customers, reflecting the values and mission of blithequark. Providing high levels of customer account management by properly setting up and maintaining account information and data, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all administrative tasks. Processing and coordinating Accounts Receivable, Collections, and Accounts Payable functions and activities, demonstrating a strong understanding of financial processes and attention to detail. Handling administrative, data entry, reporting, and reconciliation around asset and inventory controls and purchasing, contributing to the smooth operation of our business. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: Solid computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, data entry, and the ability to run and analyze reports, demonstrating your ability to work effectively with technology. Ability to multi-task and prioritize assignments in a team environment, showing your capacity to work under pressure and manage your time efficiently. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling you to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and colleagues alike. High school diploma or equivalent, providing a foundation in basic skills and knowledge. Bilingualism is preferred but not required, although it can be an asset in communicating with a diverse customer base.
