Providing high levels of customer account management by properly setting up and maintaining account information and data, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all customer interactions. Processing and coordinating Accounts Receivable, Collections, and Accounts Payable functions and activities, contributing to the financial health of the organization. Handling administrative tasks, including data entry, reporting, and reconciliation around asset and inventory controls and purchasing, supporting the operational efficiency of arenaflex. Essential Qualifications To succeed as a Customer Service Specialist at arenaflex, you will need: Solid computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, data entry, and the ability to run and analyze reports, ensuring you can effectively utilize our systems and tools.
