Job Overview The primary purpose of this role is to provide critical support and focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences to arenaflex's valuable and strategic accounts. As a liaison to the key account group, you will ensure an exceptional customer service experience, efficient order management, and proactive sales support for the off-premise key account universe, with a heavy focus on the Bottle King stores. Your objective will be to enhance relationships, minimize errors, drive revenue growth, and maintain consistency and reliability in service delivery. Key Responsibilities Provide proactive and responsive support to address customers' needs, concerns, and issues, demonstrating empathy and a customer-centric approach in all interactions via email, phone, and other communication channels. Serve as a subject matter expert, offering guidance and insight on processing of orders and customer service-related processes to drive customer success. Manage the end-to-end order process for Bottle King, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in order entry, verification, and tracking, and bill regular and reserve orders, coop orders, B&H orders/release, rebills, and credits. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely execution of issue resolution for fulfilled orders and resolve discrepancies, serving as the primary point of contact for Bottle King and addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally. Resolve customer complaints and issues with an experienced approach and collaboration for future enhancements with the CX team to ensure we capture data for trend analysis and process enhancements. Maintain accurate records and reports, conducting KPIs analysis for business intelligent opportunities to develop a seamless customer experience and process development. Contribute to account planning and strategy development, conducting regular checks to identify opportunities and mitigate risks, and building and maintaining strong relationships with key-account decision-makers and stakeholders. Assist with order placement, product inquiries, and identifying upselling/cross-selling opportunities to support revenue growth, and collaborate with the sales team to identify potential leads and opportunities within the Bottle King account. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: An associate degree or equivalent experience, with 2-4 years of previous experience in customer service, sales support, or related roles, preferably within the beverage industry or retail sector. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM software, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and technologies. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-focused mindset and the ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable: Prior experience working with RIP, QD, EOM billing, and other related systems. Knowledge of the beverage industry or retail sector, with a deep understanding of products and services. Experience with data analysis and reporting, with the ability to identify trends and opportunities for process improvements.
