Key Responsibilities As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include: Providing exceptional customer support in an independent work environment, leveraging your expertise to resolve complex issues and develop innovative solutions. Delivering proactive updates on order status to accelerate the billing process, ensuring timely and efficient communication with our customers. Determining when hospital requests require escalation, based on complexity or high-priority needs, and effectively resolving customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner. Documenting customer interactions and complaints in our CRM system, ensuring accurate and detailed records are maintained. Collaborating with internal departments, including sales, customer service, and accounts receivable, to ensure the provision of 100% service level to our customers while adhering to company quality and revenue recognition policies. Providing phone support for inquiries from sales and healthcare professionals, responding to questions and concerns in a prompt, accurate, and courteous manner. Engaging, interacting, and responding to customers in a way that encourages positive business relationships, fostering loyalty and trust in the arenaflex brand. Processing all work in accordance with relevant working practices and standard operating procedures, ensuring consistency and quality in our service delivery. Providing feedback and suggestions to improve service levels, internal processes, and customer support methodology, contributing to the continuous improvement of our customer service function. Preparing product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information, providing valuable insights to inform business decisions. Potentially serving as a specialized representative for Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) or Points of Contact (POCs), providing guidance and support to ensure seamless service delivery. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will require: At least 2+ years of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional support and resolving complex customer issues. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage, interact, and respond to customers in a prompt, accurate, courteous, and poised manner. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to develop creative solutions to customer issues and escalate requests as needed. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities with ease. Strong collaboration and teamwork skills, with the ability to effectively coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are preferred: Experience working in a healthcare or sales environment, with a strong understanding of the industry and its unique challenges.
