**Experienced Customer Service Representative – Delivering Exceptional Experiences for arenaflex Customers**

You'll be the primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, and resolving problems in a timely and professional manner. Your exceptional communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences will make you an invaluable asset to our team. **Primary Accountabilities (Essential Duties)** * Communicate with customers via phone, email, fax, or in person on order/delivery status, stock issues, change orders, and service issues, including internal customers. * Review all problems or issues with the appropriate department(s) and help find suitable resolutions. * Process EDI, emailed, faxed, phoned, and written sales orders. * Process Daily load shipments and LTL orders, coordinating with the shipping department. * Process Return Authorizations (RMAs). * Process daily receiving, archive POD paperwork, and perform assorted data entry. * Be an expert on our product lines to provide product recommendations and technical advice to customers. * Make proactive outside phone calls to prospective customers. * Cultivate strong customer relationships to encourage trust and loyalty. * Work with customers to better understand their needs and goals. * Set and meet sales goals and objectives set by leadership. * Support outside sales teams. * Assist customers and/or Territory Sales Managers with any inquiry or problem concerning their orders, providing prompt and efficient response and resolution. * Ensure customers are satisfied with products or services. * Troubleshoot common issues with products or services. * Work with a team of CSRs and other departments to find suitable solutions. * Perform other duties as assigned. * Coordinate customers' needs with other departments as required to ensure needs are met, i.e., special orders, shipping, or production instructions. * Liaise between departments internally to provide information in response to inquiries. **Position Requirements** * High School diploma or GED * Bachelor's degree preferred or 3 years' experience in a similar role, including inside sales or customer service. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written * Proficient problem-solving and multitasking skills * Team player and thrive in a collaborative team environment * Desire to learn and grow * Ability to promote teamwork among peers * Ability to answer a high volume of calls and/or emails daily * Proficient in Microsoft programs such as Excel, Word, and Office * Experience with SAP or an equivalent ERP system **What We Offer** At arenaflex, we're committed to providing a comprehensive benefits package that supports your physical, emotional, and financial well-being.
