As a Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in helping us achieve our mission. **Your Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our team, interacting with customers from all walks of life. Your responsibilities will include: * Handling and responding to customer inquiries in a timely and effective manner * Providing excellent customer service through active listening and empathy * Working with confidential customer information and treating it with sensitivity * Resolving issues on the first call by being proactive and resourceful * Appropriately communicating with customers to ensure their needs are met * Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues that may arise * Escalating interactions when necessary and providing feedback on call issues * Upselling when required to meet customer needs **Qualifications** We're looking for fearless individuals who are inspired to deliver exceptional results.
