If you are a motivated and customer-focused individual with excellent communication skills and a strong work ethic, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. **Key Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, your key responsibilities will include: * Providing exceptional customer service in a positive and approachable manner, ensuring that every customer leaves the store feeling valued and satisfied * Assisting in maintaining a clean, well-stocked store environment, including unloading merchandise from delivery trucks, organizing merchandise, and transporting merchandise from the stockroom to the sales floor * Independently stocking shelves and recovering merchandise in the store, ensuring that products are displayed attractively and easily accessible to customers * Accurately handling customer funds and processing transactions using the POS system, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail * Remaining constantly aware of customer activity to ensure a safe and secure shopping environment, reporting any incidents or concerns to management promptly * Performing all other duties as assigned in order to maintain an effective and profitable store operation **Position Requirements** To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following requirements: * Education: Prefer completion of high school or equivalent, with the ability to follow directives and interpret retail operational documents as assigned * Experience: Prefer experience working in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environments, with a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices * Physical Requirements: Ability to regularly lift up to 40lbs.
