You'll be the face of arenaflex, building rapport and establishing relationships with various types of people. Your main objective will be to combine your previous experience in customer service and your energetic, tenacious personality to deliver an exceptional customer experience. **Responsibilities** * Provide pertinent product and service information to customers, ensuring they have a clear understanding of our offerings * Directly consult with customers to understand their wants and needs, providing curated recommendations that address both * Develop and build relationships with new customers, fostering a sense of trust and loyalty * Answer and address questions and concerns in the most efficient way, escalating concerns to the appropriate department or team member as needed * Overcome objections respectfully and professionally, always prioritizing the customer's needs * Ensure complete satisfaction throughout the entire experience, receiving feedback and using it to improve our products and services * Attend daily meetings and training sessions to build upon product knowledge, learn new customer service tactics, and stay up to date on available promotions **Requirements** * 1-3 years of successful sales, customer service, cold-calling, or client relations experience * Possess a solution-oriented mindset with the ability to overturn objections and answer technical questions, address customer's needs, and react quickly * Excellent presentation, negotiation, and verbal communication abilities * Independent and self-motivated, but able to work effectively in a team setting * Work with a multitude of people both externally and internally, including customers and team members * Outstanding time management, prioritization, and organization skills **Essential Qualifications** * High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite * Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines * Strong communication and interpersonal skills **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working in a customer-facing role, preferably in a sales or service environment * Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services * Certification in customer service or a related field * Experience working with diverse customer populations **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to build rapport and establish relationships with customers * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines * Strong time management and prioritization skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Excellent presentation and negotiation skills * Ability to overcome objections and answer technical questions **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our team members grow and develop their skills.
