Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team at arenaflex. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, handling confidential information discreetly, and maintaining a high level of professionalism in all interactions with customers and colleagues. Key Responsibilities Deliver outstanding customer service whilst carrying out the required actions for releasing products to customers and providing customers with products, as permitted by state law Handle phone calls efficiently by triaging them and answering queries promptly Manage customer registry, phone inquiries, and cashier engagements, with a focus on boosting customer service quality and satisfaction Adhere to the company's policies and regulations when dealing with customer information Follow the company's operational policies regarding cash register usage, and carefully interpret and implement all regulations for managing cashier activities that deter financial losses Acknowledge and abide by the instructions for agreeing and tendering vendor coupons, constraints on cash shortfalls, and company shrink directives Promote our sales and services to customers, increasing revenue and building customer loyalty Maintain a well-organized inventory management system, including the implementation of measures to prevent theft, damage, and expired products Follow the guidelines established by the organization for managing and monitoring inventory using the automated inventory management system Ensure that work stations and customer waiting areas are kept neat and tidy Provide attentive customer service and genuinely care about the customer experience, making customers feel valued and appreciated Adhere to and promote all safety and hygiene policies and programs as per the health code regulations at the local, state, and federal level Observe for hazardous conditions and relay any risky situation to store management for prompt and decisive steps Follow the regulations set by the government at local, state and national levels, and report any criminal conduct like robbery, shoplifting or fraudulent behavior Essential Qualifications High school diploma or GED Minimum age requirement of 18 Ability to handle confidential information discreetly Desired Qualifications Previous comparable experience in customer service or retail operations Experience with inventory management within a retail operation Proficient in customer registry management, phone inquiries, and cashier engagements Ability to adhere to company policies and regulations, including HIPAA regulations Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously Skills and Competencies To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
