You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring that every interaction is a positive experience for our customers. If you're a positive, professional, and results-driven individual with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. **Key Responsibilities** * Provide exceptional customer service to arenaflex clients via phone, email, and chat * Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner * Utilize arenaflex's customer relationship management (CRM) software to track customer interactions and resolve issues * Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues * Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) * Stay up-to-date on arenaflex products and services to provide accurate information to customers * Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and knowledge **Essential Qualifications** * A minimum of one year of experience working in a customer service-related field * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and oral * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities * Proficiency with computer skills, including internet browsers, email, and ability to learn new software * Ability to handle private and confidential information with discretion * Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team **Preferred Qualifications** * Previous experience in a call center environment * Strong knowledge of arenaflex products and services * Experience with CRM software and customer service platforms * Bilingual or multilingual skills **Schedule and Work Environment** * This is a work-from-home position, and you will be required to work from your primary residence located in an arenaflex service area. * The available shifts are: + Tuesday through Saturday from 1 pm to 9 pm + Sunday through Thursday from 1 pm to 9 pm * You will be required to work a minimum of 30 hours per week, with the possibility of overtime. **Benefits** * Competitive wage and excellent benefits package, including: + Health, dental, and vision insurance + 401K and Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) + Paid Time Off (PTO) and holidays + Education reimbursement + Company service discounts + FREE internet **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** * arenaflex is committed to the growth and development of our employees.
