You'll work closely with our team to deliver top-notch customer service, resolve issues, and provide expert guidance on benefits and open enrollment. This is a 100% remote opportunity, with a 3-month contract that offers opportunities for growth based on performance and demand. **Key Responsibilities** * Receive and respond to 30-40 inbound calls per day from ADP client employees, providing benefit and open enrollment information * Explain and interpret complex aspects of company insurance programs to employees and dependents * Examine, assess, and combine data to provide information on benefits and group insurance programs and utilization * Pinpoint needs for modification or changes in program design and administrative procedures * Record employee enrollment in benefits * Utilize expertise in a more complex aspect of the Benefit Clerk duties, requiring in-depth knowledge of benefit programs, company policies, and administrative procedures **Qualifications** * Customer Service: Previous customer service experience is required, with a proven track record of helping answer customer questions and resolving issues * Written & Verbal Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential, as you'll be communicating with customers via inbound calls, minor email communication, and minor chat communication * Microsoft Office: Proficiency in basic Microsoft Office programs, including Outlook and Word, is required * Strong attendance and reliability are essential in this role **Training and Onboarding** * Training Schedule: The first 3-4 weeks of training will be held on-site at 1851 North Resler Drive, El Paso, Texas, 79911, from Monday to Friday, 7:30am-4pm * Schedule: After training, you'll work 40 hours per week, assigned between Monday to Friday, 6am-6pm, with one Saturday per month (overtime) * Schedules will be assigned and not changed after training **Contract Length and Opportunities for Growth** * Contract Length: 3-month contract, with opportunities for growth based on performance and demand * Benefits: Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits, which may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
