You'll work closely with our team to resolve customer issues, provide product information, and promote arenaflex's services. This is a full-time, non-exempt position that requires a strong understanding of the automotive industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. **Key Responsibilities** * Respond to and engage in conversation with inbound chat/text messages in a timely and professional manner * Provide thoughtful and grammatically correct responses to customer inquiries * Engage with conversations within 1 minute of receipt * Identify and report system errors or anomalies * Meet or exceed performance metrics, including ERA (Escalation Rate Average) above 10% * Operate within multiple software platforms, including CRM systems and chatbots * Collaborate with the team to resolve customer issues and provide product information * Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge **Education & Skills Required** * High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred * Strong knowledge of the automotive industry, including makes and models of vehicles * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance metrics * High-speed internet access required * Proficiency in multiple software platforms, including CRM systems and chatbots * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills **Work Schedule** Our Remote Chat Agents work a variety of schedules to ensure 24/7 coverage.
