Job Overview As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, working in designated retail locations where customers can conveniently pick up and return packages. Your primary goal will be to deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring that every interaction is personalized, helpful, and memorable. You'll work closely with customers to address their questions, concerns, and needs, while maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace. Key Responsibilities Receive, pick, and stow customer orders, process returns, and prepare packages for delivery Assist customers with questions, concerns, and issues, providing timely and effective solutions Work through problem-solving scenarios to resolve customer complaints and improve their overall experience Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace, adhering to arenaflex's high standards Manage responsibilities for a Locker+ location, including opening and closing the site, and ensuring seamless operations Utilize technology, such as smartphones and handheld devices, to sort, scan, and prepare orders efficiently Receive truck deliveries and ensure accurate inventory management Physical Requirements To succeed in this role, you'll need to be able to perform physical labor, including: Lifting up to 49 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation Standing and walking during shifts lasting up to five hours, with or without reasonable accommodation Using carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other gear to move items around Going up and down stairs (where applicable) What it's like at arenaflex Locker+ locations Our Locker+ locations are designed to provide a safe, comfortable, and convenient experience for our customers.
