Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Remote Customer Service Representative - Property and Casualty Insurance Specialist to join our team. Key Responsibilities Manage inbound email, chat, and phone inquiries from customers to provide solutions for their property and casualty insurance needs. Build rapport with potential customers to reinforce the value of blithequark's brand and our insurance products. Manage time and other resources effectively to ensure sales goals are met consistently. Handle all interactions promptly and efficiently to minimize wait times and provide a seamless customer experience. Build strong knowledge of products and services offered by blithequark to provide accurate and informative responses to customer inquiries. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: Current active resident property and casualty insurance license (General P&C, NOT Personal Lines) in a minimum of 25 to 50 states. 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in an inbound service environment or the insurance industry. Proven attendance reliability and a flexible schedule to work evenings and weekends. High school diploma or GED. Strong written, verbal, interpersonal, and phone communication skills. Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following preferred qualifications will be considered an asset: Proven sales success within an inbound service environment, preferably a direct sales environment. Insurance industry sales experience. Service industry and/or Contact Center experience. Ability to operate in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment with deadlines. Excellent tracking, follow-up, negotiating, and relationship-building skills. Demonstrated ability to consistently overcome objections. Articulate, professional, and possesses a strong quality sales mindset with attention to detail. Proven history of adherence to corporate policies, procedures, and guidelines.
