Job Overview We are seeking an experienced and skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at blithequark. As the face of our customer, you will be responsible for crafting meaningful connections and creating an environment where everyone feels welcome, valued, and respected. You will interact with our domestic and international customers in our lobbies and at gates, supporting them with ticketing and luggage, greeting customers as they begin and end their journey, and doing it all with a smile. You will provide a friendly, professional, confident, and insightful service to help solve customer travel problems and make their experience memorable. Key Responsibilities Interacting with customers in a kind and helpful manner to craft memorable experiences and build customer loyalty and commitment Stepping up and anticipating customer needs while maintaining a strong sense of responsibility when we've inconvenienced a customer Working every day with a safety mentality by ensuring we hold ourselves and each other to the highest standards Navigating challenges by being consistent but adaptable, retaining composure, and managing issues without taking customer frustration personally Working collaboratively with others, supporting your colleagues, and helping them succeed with new processes and technologies Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following qualifications and requirements: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent Minimum of 18 years old Comfortable working with computers, mobile devices, and new technologies Physical ability to stand and walk for an 8-hour shift, as well as carry and handle luggage Able to obtain a SIDA badge and meet airport requirements for badging Legally eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship Able to meet the company's attendance requirements and uniform and appearance standards Essential Skills and Competencies In addition to the qualifications and requirements, we are looking for candidates with the following essential skills and competencies: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team Adaptability and flexibility in a changing environment Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At blithequark, we are committed to helping our employees grow and develop in their careers.
