**Experienced Full Stack Strategic Sourcing Specialist – Professional Services Procurement**

We're committed to pushing the boundaries of what's possible and creating new and exciting experiences for our fans. **Job Summary** As a Senior Sourcing Specialist at blithequark, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sourcing plans and contractual arrangements through competitive bids and agreement negotiations. You'll work closely with key internal stakeholders to identify and evaluate potential vendors, develop and lead RFI/RFP processes, and analyze bids to identify opportunities to obtain the best value. You'll also be responsible for preparing and executing clear, data-driven negotiation techniques using Strategic Sourcing methodology, preparing and executing contracts, and performing post-award administration. **Responsibilities** * Participate and lead cross-functional sourcing initiatives with key internal stakeholders * Evaluate vendors and experts based on pre-determined selection criteria * Develop and lead RFI/RFP processes for professional services according to blithequark's policies and procedures * Analyze bids based on overall cost/delivery to identify opportunities to obtain the best value * Prepare and execute clear, data-driven negotiation techniques using Strategic Sourcing methodology * Prepare and execute contracts, and perform post-award administration * Understand and support the development and execution of performance control programs with vendors that focus on quality, responsiveness, and cost * Ensure compliance with Sourcing and Procurement regulations and best practices * Communicate and document to management the reputation of any significant external relationships that may impact planning and decision-making * Analyze market trends and conditions that affect internal stakeholders and external vendors or pricing * Participate in professional development activities to stay current with contemporary best practices * Demonstrate exemplary integrity and ethics in all instances * Show expertise with all aspects of the sourcing process for professional services agreements * Demonstrate experience in drafting and executing professional services agreements * Have experience working with a legal department on matters related to boilerplate revisions to terms and conditions **Essential Qualifications** * 5+ years of strategic sourcing experience with a minimum of 2 years of professional services sourcing experience * Ability to engage with and establish relationships with personnel at all levels * Strong strategic agility * Strong analytical skills * Excellent written and oral communication skills * Strong negotiation skills * Ability to collaborate in a team environment * Internal client awareness * Ability/choice to work in various environments * Ability to handle ambiguity * Knowledge of: + Sourcing & Procurement processes + Basic legal terms and conditions + Entertainment industry trends and conditions + Proven expertise with all aspects of the sourcing process for professional services agreements + Established experience working with the legal department on matters related to boilerplate revisions to terms and conditions **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working with and/or for companies that offer consulting and advisory services * Professional Services Sourcing history is a plus * Consulting/Advisory history is a plus **Required Education** * Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field **What We Offer** * Competitive salary range of $25 to $30 per hour * Opportunity to work with a dynamic team of experts in strategic sourcing * Collaborative and inclusive work environment * Professional development opportunities to stay current with contemporary best practices * Flexible work arrangements, including remote work options * Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and experienced professional with a passion for strategic sourcing, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
