Job Overview As a Customer Service Agent at blithequark, you will play a vital role in ensuring a positive experience for our passengers. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting customers with their travel needs, resolving any issues that arise, and providing exceptional service. This is a full-time position, working hours are from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday. Key Responsibilities Assist customers with booking and flight changes, providing accurate and timely information to ensure a seamless travel experience. Provide information about flight schedules, delays, and cancellations, ensuring that customers are well-informed and up-to-date. Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, resolving issues in a fair and courteous manner. Ensure compliance with blithequark policies and procedures, maintaining the highest standards of customer service and safety. Coordinate with other departments to resolve issues, collaborating with colleagues to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Process payments and refunds, ensuring that all financial transactions are accurate and efficient. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, using this information to improve our services and enhance the customer experience. Offer support during emergencies or flight disruptions, providing a calm and reassuring presence in times of crisis. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a high school diploma or equivalent, with previous customer service experience preferred. You should have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and proficiency in basic computer applications. Additionally, you should be legally authorized to work in the United States and be able to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Preferred Qualifications Additional certifications in customer service or related fields, such as hospitality or tourism. Experience working in the airline industry, with knowledge of airline operations and customer service protocols. Proficiency in multiple languages, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds.
